Order Processing

Our custom pieces are made to order with care. We typically need 1-3 weeks depending on the order it was received, to create your item before shipping. Sometimes your order can be ready earlier but its best to plan accordingly. Depending on the order, a rush fee* will be applicable if needed in a short time frame but, contact us first and we will try our best to work with you. If your order requires special materials or complex personalization, we’ll let you know about any additional processing time.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on your location and the size or weight of your order. During checkout, you’ll see available options such as standard delivery or expedited shipping. We strive to keep costs fair and use  live shipping rates at the time of checkout to give you the best deal possible. 

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard delivery within the continental United States usually arrives in 3–7 business days after order is completed. If you need your item sooner, select an expedited option after contacting us with the rushed order* request. We’ll try to prioritize your order accordingly. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way so you can follow its journey to your door.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or internationally. If local regulations prohibit us from shipping certain items to your area, we’ll contact you before finalizing your order.

Local  Drop Off

Multiple item orders only. If you’re in the Las Vegas/Henderson area, we might be able to arrange a drop off.  Inquire first and we will let you know.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed or goes missing, please reach out to us using the contact information on our site. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your order and make things right.

 

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to love your purchase. Because these items are custom made tailored to you, we cannot accept returns or refunds. 

 

International Shipping

At this time we do not offer international shipping. As our business grows, we’ll explore ways to serve customers outside the U.S. If you’re abroad and interested in our products, feel free to contact us and we can discuss potential options

 

**Rush fees will be subjected to each and every order that is requested it be done before the realistic time frame to be completed. Fee pricing varies depending on the size of the order.
